All our candidates undergo an initial screening, after which we determine if they need further skill enhancement for a job. If you are technically skilled and experienced as required by the clients, you don't need to pay anything, and we will start marketing your skills right away. In most instances, we want to ensure that we only present good technical candidates to our clients, so we prefer our candidates to go through a skill enhancement program to meet the client's expectations. Also, it helps our candidates secure better job opportunities. When training is needed, then it will be at a cost. We provide flexible payment plans to make our training more affordable to everyone.Before the commencement of the training, candidates need to pay $10K upfront and the rest $26K in installments over 2 years after getting a job that pays $81K per year or higher. The total investment will be $36K, wherein repayments for the remainder of $26K will not start until candidates get employed and earn $81K per year or higher. The $81k minimum salary threshold is the industry’s highest. In certain exceptional cases, if you already have technical skills and the required experience needed by the clients, then we will place you as a client on our W2; we might be able to offer a salary and waive the training cost. (This is mostly for experienced candidates).

Yes, for the duration you are working with us at one of our clients, you will be provided remote assistance in understanding the project and the code.

6. No relocation is needed for either Skill Enhancement or even for job placement for the majority of the candidates.
7. We provide on-the-job tech assistance and marketing for 1 year from the date you start working at a job.

9. We will always be transparent with you and will not ask you to add fake experiences or projects to your resume. Only projects, skills, and technologies which you have worked on will be incorporated into your resume.
10.  For Student visa or OPT candidates and their future H1 B filing, we can provide the skills and technologies you need to get employed at a tech company to help you file your STEM extension and H1B visa. Companies will hire you and sponsor your STEM extension/to file your H1b if they feel you bring the right skills and technologies, which they can't find in other candidates.
11.  We administer as many as 5-7 globally benchmarked evaluation tests to monitor and benchmark your technical skills progression against the developers in the rest of the world. These are not in-house tests but are administered by an independent third party at a cost to us. Topics covered in the tests are Core Java, Entry level Java, Spring, J2EE, Pl/SQL, Hibernate, JSP servlets, AWS, Data Science, data structures algorithms, etc.
12.  We do not encourage proxy interviews; instead, we believe in empowering our candidates to crack interviews on their own.
13.  After the training, we offer an option to get our candidates certified in Java from Oracle University or AWS certification at a cost to us.
14.  We also give tips on personality development and communication skills essential to performing well in interviews and at client sites.
15.  For onsite candidates, we have a 24/7 accessible computer lab, and CCTV monitors on our premises for security.
16.  We are proud to have one of the best libraries of books on Java / J2EE, Full stack, data science, Machine Learning, Python, Big data, AWS, Azure, and MERN Stack, with more than 1000 + books.
17.  We have small batches of 4-7 candidates to offer personalized attention. We regularly have students and candidates who take training from other firms and then join us after a couple of months, noticing the difference and commenting on the quality of our overall process.
18.  We have classes for 4-5 hours every day on weekdays and provide assignments, capstone projects, etc., which easily keeps you engaged for 8-10 hours daily.

You would need to have an MS or BS in Computer Science /Information Systems or a similar degree. If You have prior programming experience in School or College or in any previous project, you would be given preference.
